Bio

Patrick’s work philosophy centers on capitalizing on the abundant opportunities in the inefficient building stock and transforming teams who own, build and operate buildings to deliver projects at all scales that improve human, economic and environmental capital.

With a background in renewable energy project development, he offers teams a number of tools to facilitate the successful implementation of sustainable strategies such as expertise in energy technology, building commissioning and multi-use development project experience. Patrick provides technical consulting to guide project teams in optimizing active and passive system design and operation. He aims to integrate knowledge from the traditionally separate phases of a building’s lifecycle.

Patrick has managed and provided sustainable design consulting, technical assistance, measurement and verification, commissioning and product research tasks for many commercial brand name, industrial and institutional projects. Through technical reports, feasibility studies and life cycle cost analysis, he guides teams to exemplary, healthy and resource efficient designs.

In addition, Patrick serves on Paladino's technical consulting team to the U.S. Green Building Council, supporting LEED Application reviews for a variety of project types and sizes.
