With a background in planning and landscape architecture, Megan brings a broader scope of vision to projects beyond the purview of environmental and architectural excellence.

From conceptual design through project completion, Megan applies a wide variety of skills and expertise that aid teams in reaching their goals, including project management, conceptual design, site planning and programming recommendations. With training in facilitation, negotiation and conflict resolution, Megan enjoys working with project teams to successfully communicate, cooperate, and bring their visions to fruition.

Megan also manages Paladino and Company’s technical consulting contract with the U.S. Green Building Council, in addition to conducting LEED application reviews.
