ShoWare Center gets LEED Gold

ShoWare Center, Kent's new multi-purpose sports and entertainment space, won LEED gold certification. Paladino and Company worked with the City of Kent and the design team to integrate sustainable strategies such as low-flow water fixtures; native plant landscaping; and energy-efficient lighting, heating, cooling, ventilation and ice making equipment. Kent says this is the first sports arena in North America to achieve LEED Gold certification.
